General terms
Please note that all cushions are hand-made from upcycled, vintage and/or deadstock materials and minor imperfections may be present. A lot of our fabric finds come from the high fashion industry and should be treated accordingly. All cushions with fixed filling come with a wool-fibre or recycled polyester filling and will be chosen according to the main fabric used. Limited edition cushions are made-to-order and shipping may take a bit longer. Omicron Pillows are all one of a kind, what you see is what you get as soon as ordered and packed. Please take care when unpacking and testing. Any items with damages are non-returnable. Please check our Product Care instructions on the product page or email hi@project-lom.com for more information. If your country is not listed at checkout please send a request via email. By browsing and making a purchase in our webshop you agree to our Privacy Policy and terms.
Shipping terms + costs
All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. We ship once a week. You will be charged duties and taxes specific to your country upon reception. Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you. We can not take responsibility for any package once it is in your country. We encourage reusing the packaging. Pick-ups in our atelier in Berlin are possible. Please add a note at checkout, we will be in touch via email.
Return/Return shipping/Damages/Exchanges/Refunds
There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hi@project-lom.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note shipping costs and duties will need to be paid by you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or when coupons have been used.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sending photos with your complaint will speed the process.
If you have changed your mind and would like to order another style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
